CodingBox Cloud Editor is a code reading/writing tool developed and produced by ModuleTek, designed for use with the EzCoding program. It features lightweight design and simple operation, providing users with functions such as opening/saving code files, reading/writing codes to modules, MSA parsing of read codes, and reading module thresholds with real-time digital diagnostics. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) of optical modules is a key parameter for judging module performance. Users can use the CodingBox Cloud Editor to quickly view module thresholds and real-time digital diagnostics. The following introduces how to perform these operations on CodingBox:
I. Information/Material Preparation
• CodingBox Cloud Editor;
• One fiber optic patch cord (single-mode fiber is used in this case);
• Computer.
II. Operation Steps
1. Test Environment Preparation
• Connect CodingBox to the computer using a USB cable. When connected normally, the indicator in the upper-left corner turns green, and the red display shows "1".
• nsert the module to be tested (SFP-10G-LR) into the SFP port of CodingBox, and use a single-mode fiber to connect the transmitter and receiver of the LR module.

2. Launch the EzCoding Program
• When no module is inserted into CodingBox, the TextBoard on the left side of the EzCoding program displays blue and marks "NONE".
• When a module is inserted into CodingBox, the TextBoard on the left side of the EzCoding program turns green, identifies the inserted module type as "SFP", and the WorkType is set to "SFP" by default.

3. Introduction to DOM Reading Interface Functions (Displayed Only When a Module Is Inserted)
• Module Threshold Range: Based on the threshold value written in the A2LOW area of the module, it automatically converts and displays the threshold ranges of temperature, voltage, current, transmit optical power, and receive optical power.
• Real-Time Digital Diagnostics: The program checks "Sequence Read (continuous read)" by default, enabling real-time DOM data reading. Users can also uncheck this option and click "Read DOM" for one-time DOM value reading. The default unit of optical power is μW; users can switch it to dBm by checking "Unit dBm".
