Viewing Cisco SFP-10/25G-CSR-S Optical Module Information On Cisco Switch

        Cisco launched a dual-rate 25G-SR optical transceiver model SFP-10/25G-CSR-S. This guide introduces how to view information of this transceiver on Cisco C9500 switch.

        The SFP-10/25G-CSR-S transceiver supports both 25G and 10G rates. So we show query results under 10G and 25G port speeds separately.
1. Status of Cisco SFP-10/25G-CSR-S Transceiver on Cisco C9500 Switch
        After adjusting the switch port speed, run the command
            show interfaces status
        to view port information of the transceiver, including link status, operating speed and transceiver type.

        Note: Port speed configuration commands for Cisco C9500 switch:
        config terminal — Enter global configuration mode
        interface TwentyFiveGigE1/0/1 — Enter port TwentyFiveGigE1/0/1
        speed 25000 — Switch port speed to 25G
        speed 10000 — Switch port speed to 10G
2. Transceiver Identification on Cisco C9500 Switch
        After adjusting the port speed, run the command
            show inventory
        to view transceiver identification information, including transceiver type, Cisco model and serial number.

3. Transceiver DOM Data on Cisco C9500 Switch
        After adjusting the port speed, run the command
            show interfaces transceiver detail
        to view transceiver DOM information, including real-time temperature, voltage, bias current, transmit power, receive power and corresponding threshold ranges.
