ARUBA J9151E Optical Module Sample Report

        Aruba offers the J9151E optical module, which supports 10G Ethernet transmission up to 10 km over single-mode fiber. Moduletek Laboratory has tested the prototype of this product to help users better understand its performance indicators and actual on-board application effect.
1. Product Overview
        The Aruba J9151E optical module supports a link length of 10 km over standard 10G single-mode fiber (SMF) G.652. The official key parameters and module physical appearance are as follows:

2. On-Board Module Identification
        The J9151E module was connected to an Aruba 6300M switch with a fiber patch cord. The module achieved a normal link, and the port indicator was on; the switch could correctly identify module information such as module type, model, connector type, wavelength and rate; DOM data could be read normally, and all DOM data were within the threshold range without alarm phenomena.

3. Key Module Parameter Testing
        a. Performance indicators of the J9151E sample module were tested on the test board at a module housing temperature of 45℃. The test results are as follows:
