2. On-Board Identification Test
        The QSFP-100G-SR4 module was installed into a Juniper QFX5200-32C switch. The module linked up normally with the port indicator illuminated.
        Module information including type, part number and serial number was correctly recognized. DOM data was readable and within normal thresholds, with no alarms.
