Huawei officially offers four models of original SFP-GE-T electrical port modules. Moduletek Laboratory has conducted tests on the 02314171 sample module to help users better understand its performance indicators and actual in-device usage effects.

2. Appearance Photos

3. Module On-Board Compatibility Test
Compatibility tests were conducted on the 02314171 sample module on Huawei S5700, S5700S, S6700, and S9303 switches respectively. Test items include: on-board identification, LINK status (without network cable, anomaly check), LINK status (with network cable), and PING test with 1000M/100M/10M peer ports. All test items passed on all switches.

4. Test Result Analysis
According to the PHY chip register configuration of the 02314171 sample, its initial mode is pure Gigabit and the LOS pin function is disabled.
From its tests on the above four switches:
• On S5700S and S6700 switches: The module works in pure Gigabit mode and can only interconnect with 1000M ports on the opposite end.
• On S5700 and S9303 switches: The module works in SGMII 3-speed adaptive mode and can interconnect with 1000M/100M/10M ports on the opposite end.
