Broadcom BCM957508-P2100G NIC Tests

        The BCM57508 is a 200GbE MAC controller from Broadcom that integrates a dual-channel 100GbE SFI transceiver supporting 50G PAM-4, 25G NRZ and 10G NRZ signals. The controller is used in the Broadcom BCM957508 series of NICs.
        Moduletek Limited Labs purchased the Broadcom BCM957508-P2100G NIC to test the QSFP56/QSFP28/QSFP+ product family, and the following takes you through the test acceptance.

        The BCM957508-P2100G NIC is a 100G dual-port Fibre Channel NIC with interfaces supporting 100/50/40/25/10G rates.

        Connect the BCM957508-P2100G NIC to the DELL server, and check the information of the NIC recognized by the server under centos linux system.
        Note: The server needs to install the corresponding driver for the NIC, and the driver can be obtained from the official website: www.broadcom.com/products/ethernet-connectivity/network-adapters/p2100g .
        Use the QSFP28-100G-CWDM4 module produced by Motex to access the BCM957508-P2100G NIC, connect the jumper, check the interface rate and status, the module can be linked to the 100G rate, the module type can be recognized correctly, and there is no abnormality in reading the DOM data.
