JNP-SFPP-10GE-T electrical interface module product of JUNIPER support 100M/1G/10Gbps rate, Moduletek Laboratory has conducted tests on the prototype of this product to facilitate a better understanding of its actual performance in practical use.
1 . Product Description
JUNIPER JNP-SFPP-10GE-T module supports a link length of 30m at 10G rate for CAT6e and above cables, and a link length of 30m at 100M/1G rate for CAT5e and above cables. The official description and physical appearance of the module are as follows:

Starting from Junos OS 20.2R1, JNP-SFPP-10GE-T transceiver supports multi-rate 100M/1G/10G auto-negotiation on QFX5100, QFX5110 products. The EX4650-48Y, QFX5120 operates at only two speeds (10 Gbps and 1 Gbps). Prior to Junos OS 20.2R1, it can operate at 10GE rate only. Multi-rate 100M/1G/10G auto-negotiation is not yet supported on QFX10008, QFX10016 and ACX7509. EX4600-40F supports 100M/1G/10G auto-negotiation starting from Junos OS 20.3R1

2. Module on-boarding effect
Insert the JNP-SFPP-10GE-T module into the Juniper QFX5100-48S-DC-AFO switch (version:Junos: 21.4R3.16),and using Cat6A cables to connect the CISCO WS-C3560CX-8XPD-S switch whicth built-in RJ45 port; By adjusting the interface rate of CISCO switch, JNP-SFPP-10GE-T can normally establish a LINK connection at 100M/1G/10G rates and successfully transmit services; and information of JNP-SFPP-10GE-T can be normally recognized by the switch, such as the module type, model number, serial number, etc., and there is no alarm phenomenon.
